BT9 6FPDescription: If you are interested in auditioning for the Belfast Philharmonic Choir for the second half of our 2023/24 season, join us during our open rehearsal on Wednesday 3rd January 2024! You can sing with members while we prepare music for our Good Friday performance of Dvořák's Stabat Mater, and find out more about the audition process.
For this open rehearsal, the session has a limited number of places so please book in advance. The Open Rehearsal will begin at 7.30pm and we will be open from 7.00pm to sign in and collect your music.
We anticipate that auditions to join the choir will be held on Saturday 6th January 2024. Auditionees will be asked to sing one set choral extract (from Stabat Mater) and one piece of their own choice. Further information will be sent in advance of the audition. If you would like to audition but cannot attend the open rehearsal, please email Laura (manager@belfastphilharmonic.org.uk).
To book for the open rehearsal session please click the red Buy Tickets button. You will be asked for your name and contact information as part of the booking process. You will also be asked for information about your voice part and singing experience - if you are booking for multiple singers please complete this information for each person attending.
If you are no longer able to attend a place you have booked, please let us know so we can allocate it to someone else.
